Temporary recruitment vacancies to climb

This is the prediction of a leading supplier of uk jobs boards.  Recruitment vacancies generally are buoyant in the UK at present, but in particular there are many factors fuelling a growth in the supply of contractors in preference to permanent staffing.  Firstly, the influx of migrant workers has changed the dynamics of staffing in many sectors, more specifically it has presented employers greater options to recruit skills at reduced costs.  Many agencies have moved to capitalise on this through developing recruitment channels from different areas of Europe to the UK, something which has become so much easier using the power of the internet.

As a result of these changes there is already evidence of recruiters advertising more temporary recruitment vacancies to meet this growing need.  This is likely to further accelerate as we approach 2012 and the Olympics.  This event in particular will require unprecedented levels of contract staff in and around the London region, something which many of the capitals recruiters are already benefiting from.

for ‘recruitment jobs’ and ‘jobs in recruitment’

After a long SEO campaign for recruitmentcareers, results have been excellent. However, top google positions for the big phrases such as jobs in recruitment and recruitment jobs remian absent.

The Ukcareers team have already instructed SEO partners to double resources behind their campaign, using a range of new key phrases in addition to doubling their input of the existing top phrases, Medical sales and pharmaceutical jobs.

After further research, the team believe they have a new technique which may hold the key to gain top positions on google for the most competitive phrases.  The goal now will be to push medical sales and pharmaceutical jobs to number one within 3 months.

Just a few days over 4 weeks and ukgraduatecareers.net has hit msn with an array of page two positions. Graduate jobs has achieved 18 on page two with graduate vacanices coming straight in at 7 on page one.

It’s an astonishing start to the SEO campaign to see key phrases such as graduate vacancies and graduate jobs make page one and two respectively after only 4 weeks.  The results bode well for the campaign ahead as msn has proven a good precursor to results on both yahoo and eventually google.
